The three night stand at Webster Hall! Good times. I remember general outrage at the “No Moshing” edict. Also, I was stopped at the door by the doorman who wasn’t going to let me in because I wasn’t dressed to the Webster Hall dance club dress code. I was wearing a T shirt and shorts and probably some ratty sneakers. I told him forcefully that there was no mention of a dress code at the place I bought my ticket from and that it wasn’t dance night, it was a paid show. I think I frightened the guy. He let me through and I had no more issues.
